Catholic Charities Welcomes New Executive Director

Catholic Charities Diocese of Allentown welcomes Paul Acampora as new Executive Director. Many in our Catholic Charities community already know Paul from his years serving as Executive Director of Stewardship and Development for the Diocese of Allentown, where he supported the mission of the Church through fundraising, relationship-building, and stewardship.

A seasoned administrator, Paul brings extensive nonprofit management experience to Catholic Charities including local leadership roles with Lehigh Valley Public Media, Northampton Community College, and Moravian University. Paul’s deep connection to our community, commitment to the mission of the Church, and experience in nonprofit leadership will be a tremendous asset to Catholic Charities and the individuals and families we serve.

On his first day in the office, Paul shared a message of welcome and gratitude with staff saying: “I’m very excited about the work ahead, it’s a great gift to be here.”
